Payment is made in full when ordering. In addition to being able to pay for your purchases securely with your credit card via STRIPE, we offer you the possibility of paying with your PAYPAL and STRIPE account or by bank transfer.
Before clicking on the “Validate the Order” button, the customer has the possibility of checking the details of his order and its total price and of returning to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify his order (in accordance with the article 1369-5 of the Civil Code).
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the GCS and formation of the contract.

The order will be fully refunded except for delivery costs and return costs.
We strive to respond to emails within two business days of receipt. We will then contact you to organize the return of the product or work and explain all the terms and conditions.
Returned products must reach us in perfect condition. In particular, you must return them in their original packaging, clean and intact or in packaging of sufficient quality to allow them to be transported to our address without damage. The products must not have been used in any way.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product deemed unsuitable for resale.
After receiving your email, we will contact our carrier (Applicable only for works of art) to organize the return of the work. The carrier will then contact you quickly to set a possible collection date.
In case of return, the following return costs will be charged to you: from 80 € for any bulky package.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products that occurs in transit to our address.
6. CONTRACT

7. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

8. PAYMENT
a) Methods of payment
The price is payable in full after confirmation of the Order. LAMOUR uses one of the most secure systems available on the Internet, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol coupled with encryption to protect all valuable data related to your payment.
A credit card and related information is required to process payment. The payment of any Order must be made only using a credit card issued by one of the companies appearing on the PayPal and Stripe platform. You certify to us, when paying, that you are the holder of the bank card and that you have sufficient funds to pay for the Order.
The payment of the Order by the Customer is irrevocable, subject to the right of withdrawal.
The sale will then be subject to processing as soon as you click on the “Confirm Order” button. You will receive an email from us confirming the sale, the availability of the Product and the expected average delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for refusing to process a transaction or for suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
b) Default of payment and retention of title
The products ordered remain the property of the Company until full payment of the sale price.
By express agreement and except postponement granted by the Company, any default or delay in payment will result in (i) the immediate payment of any amount remaining due, regardless of the due date, without any formality or prior formal notice, (ii) the payment by the Client of default interest at the rate of three times the legal interest rate in force (this rate will be updated according to the texts and financial conditions in force), and (iii) the payment of a fixed compensation for recovery costs set at 40 euros.
In the event of delivery and non-payment, the Company has the right to claim ownership of the products ordered, the customer agreeing to return any unpaid Product, all costs then being borne by him.
9. DELIVERY
a) Location/delivery costs
We deliver to you anywhere in France and around the world.
Delivery costs vary depending on the place of delivery. Additional charges may be added to the order for any scheduled delivery to an isolated or difficult to access location that requires special attention. b) Delivery time

In general, the production of a signed print takes an average of 2 weeks. For a poster, production lasts on average 4 to 5 days. c) Order tracking
LAMOUR also offers its customers an online tracking tool via the post office which allows them to follow the progress of their order once it is registered with the post office.
d) Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form.
Any complaint of delivery error must be made by the customer to the Company on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery.
Depending on the weight, size and quantity of products, we may use different carriers and services to deliver your order. In some special cases, especially large parcels, we offer a premium service; the carrier will contact you and you will agree on a delivery window together.
You will have to sign a delivery note upon receipt of the products, after having checked the conformity and the state of the packaging of the products.
e) Withdrawal of products in case of absence
In the event of the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note at the delivery address indicated by the customer. The products must then be recovered or withdrawn from the address and according to the methods indicated by the carrier.
In the absence of withdrawal within the deadlines set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Company, which reserves the right to reimburse the price to the customer, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.
f) Product conformity
We invite you to open and check your order on the day of its delivery and to inform us immediately of any possible damage suffered during transport. You must ensure that all products and components of a product have not suffered any damage before proceeding with their assembly. It is your responsibility to check that the products delivered reach you in perfect condition before signing the delivery note.
In the event of delivery of an item that does not comply with your order, is damaged or erroneous, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days from delivery, to agree on a refund or replacement. .
We may ask you to provide us with a photo of the damaged parts for our records and to enable us to take appropriate action.
Returned products must be sent back to us in their original packaging.
g) Delay/Failure to deliver
The delay in delivery exceeding 14 days and not due to a case of force majeure or the fault of the customer, may lead to the cancellation of the sale by the customer who, within 60 working days from the delivery date indicated, will give up his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, will return the products if necessary if they have been delivered.
The customer will then be fully refunded within 30 days, excluding any compensation.
Failure to deliver will automatically result in the termination of the sales contract.
10. WARRANTIES
LAMOUR’s products or works of art are not guaranteed. Each signed print exhibited on the site is signed and numbered by the artist and is delivered to you with the certificate of authenticity. This therefore assures you of the authenticity of the work.
11. LIABILITY
The Company cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the act of the buyer, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable fact of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure.
In the event of damage caused by a product safety defect, the customer must seek the responsibility of the manufacturer identifiable from the information mentioned on the packaging of the Product.
No regulations specific to the country of delivery and/or consultation of the website may be opposed to the Company.
12. CANCELLATION CLAUSE
The resolution of the order in the cases provided for in these GCS will be pronounced by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and will be automatically acquired without legal formality.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
